1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to openpia.com and buyer-facing services provided under the OpenPia brand by Pia Nexus One Member PLC. Additional checkout terms, product terms or seller agreements may apply to a particular transaction.
By using this website or completing an OpenPia checkout, you agree to the terms displayed for that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
2. OpenPia's role
When OpenPia is expressly identified as Merchant of Record at checkout, OpenPia is the merchant for that approved transaction. OpenPia coordinates payment collection, transaction documentation, applicable merchant-side operations, refund administration and dispute handling.
The third-party seller remains responsible for the product description, functionality, content, delivery and product-level support unless the checkout states otherwise.
3. Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, test payment credentials without authorization, evade controls or use OpenPia to acquire prohibited products.
4. Orders, prices and payment
The price, currency, payment method and material product terms are shown before purchase. An order is not complete until payment is confirmed. We may reject, pause or cancel a transaction where required for product eligibility, verification, security, legal or operational reasons.
Do not refresh or repeat a payment unless the interface confirms the prior attempt failed. Contact us with the transaction reference if payment status is unclear.
5. Delivery and access
Digital delivery may be provided by the approved seller through account access, a download, an API credential, a booking or another disclosed method. Buyers should retain the receipt and follow the product instructions. Report delivery problems promptly to the support route shown at checkout or on the receipt.
6. Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the product, delivery status, applicable law and the policy disclosed before purchase. A request should include the transaction reference and a clear explanation. We may request evidence needed to investigate delivery, use, duplication, fraud or service quality.
A refund request does not guarantee approval. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
OpenPia's website, brand and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may not copy, misrepresent, reverse engineer or exploit the service except as permitted by law or written agreement. Product rights remain with the relevant seller or rights holder.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, OpenPia is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption or a seller's product. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
9. Changes and governing requirements
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version. The transaction is also subject to mandatory requirements applicable in Ethiopia and any rights that apply to the buyer.
10. Contact
Questions, complaints or transaction requests may be sent to hello@openpia.com. Include the transaction reference where applicable and never email full payment credentials.
